In the company AEER, ltd. we directly create and in-house coordinate the creation of documentation for all levels of construction procedures between professions. Therefore, we help our partners meet delivery deadlines, with outputs of the highest design level - BIM for all types of buildings, from family houses to multi-storey multi-functional apartment buildings or shopping centers.

Professional communication and quick exchange of information takes place effectively without the need for the involvement of third-party companies, which often outsource the services of professionals without added value for architects and construction designers. Hence, we simultaneously implement project changes into all professions at the same time and until the dispatch of text and color print-outs, i. e. 2D or 3D models.
Out in the field
In case of interest, direct communication with the investor and eventual in-person inspections of the building construction together with the contractors is welcome.
